  • Xue Song Archive

The Xue Song Archive based in Shanghai's M50 Art Park. It was established and is operated by the Kwai Fung Foundation, having been founded in November 2023. Functioning as an academic platform integrating both an online database and a physical archival space, the Archive works in close collaboration with the artist’s studio to continuously collect and organise media and physical materials related to the artist. It systematically brings together sources including official websites of art institutions, galleries, and secondary markets, as well as press publications and authoritative printed matter. Through these efforts, the Archive aims to construct a comprehensive and multidimensional record of the artist’s career, providing a solid, reliable academic foundation for future research and curatorial practice. Our database currently catalogues 1,008 works from 1988 to the present, with 500 available for online open access. All entries are subject to ongoing updates. Modules for news and physical archives will be launched separately.
